Offers specialized services for older adults including mental health outreach, assessment and consultation, treatment, case management, and education.

Also provides a rehabilitation program offering individual occupational therapy assessments, psychosocial day program, peer support, and group programs.

Eligibility

Age Restricted

Adults aged 65 who have developed a mental health problem, or behavioural issues related to advancing dementia, or have medical problems related to aging that complicate the treatment of a mental illness. Adults under age 65 with dementia may be considered on an individual basis, depending on location.
