Its focus is about building safe and caring school communities. This includes empowering students, families, educators and the community partners who support them to get help with challenges, report concerns to schools, and learn about complex issues facing students.

Inclusive Education Resources

Ministry of Education and Child Care
Enables the participation of students with special needs in the educational system of BC. Students with special needs have disabilities of an intellectual, physical, sensory, emotional, or behavioural nature, or have a learning disability, exceptional gift or talents.

Also provides a variety of special education resources on topic areas such as Autism, intellectual disabilities, mental health, transition planning, sexual health, and individual education plans.
