Provides a safe and supportive place where adults experiencing mental illness can connect with others and join in chosen activities. Participants develop skills in managing and improving their wellness through setting personal goals, nutrition, fitness, and positive lifestyle choices.

Provides individualized support to help with the physical and social development of children and youth with autism and or a developmental or physical disability. The program helps children increase their social and life skills, independence, communication, and appropriate behaviour in a community setting.

Provides individual psychosocial rehabilitation support services for adults with mental health issues. Services include community integration, life skills, leisure and recreation. Support workers are available for regular meetings to assist with nutrition education, personal care, communication skills and life skills development. Referral required. Funded program.

Provides individual, couple, and family counselling to families living in Surrey. Topic areas include relationships, separation and divorce, blended families, parent-child conflict, self-esteem, depression, childhood abuse and neglect, anxiety, grief, and residential historical abuse.

Offers a drop-in program for parents and caregivers where they can network with other families, learn about child development and growth, access community resources, and enjoy playtime activities with their children. Also offers access to early childhood professionals.

Offers a variety of specialized educational groups to help improve parenting knowledge, behaviours, and family dynamics. Groups include anger management, effective parenting, and women's empowerment.

Provides parenting education, information and support to parents of young children. Services provided through individualized in-home visits and facilitator-led weekly educational workshops. Discussion topics focus on parenting skills such as building self-esteem, communication, understanding anger, approaches to discipline and managing stress.

Provides a variety of programs to help refugee families with raising children in a new country, and getting they support they need to succeed in the community and school.

Program offers parent-child drop-in programs, nutrition and health information, parenting support, mental health counselling, social activities, and group support.

Provides 24-hour, free and confidential emotional support, crisis intervention and community resource information to individuals in need.

Callers are invited to discuss the causes of their distress and explore possible options with the intent to increase coping ability. Outreach may be performed in cases where individuals may harm themselves, an individual threatens to harm another person, or a third party reports that another person may cause self-harm. Serves the Fraser Health Region.

Offers support to pregnant women and new parents who are experiencing health or lifestyle challenges. Topic areas include labour and delivery, breastfeeding, nutrition and exercise, car seat safety, and emotional wellness.
