Provides a variety of day health programs and services to seniors in the community. The program offers lunch, health monitoring and education, recreational activities, exercise groups, and respite for family care givers. Additional services such as podiatry and hairdressing are available with a fee. Funded by Vancouver Coastal Health.

Provides confidential, culturally-sensitive telephone support, information and referral to the Korean community and Chinese community in both Cantonese and Mandarin. Trained volunteers provide emotional support and referrals to community resources that can help to address a wide range of life issues.

Provides confidential, culturally sensitive counselling to support the wellbeing of families and individuals coping with the stress from emotional and relationship issues. The program includes individual counselling, couples and family counselling.

Provides culturally appropriate parenting programs, support, resources, and guidance to families with young children in the Port Moody, Coquitlam, and Port Coquitlam area.

The program helps increase parents' awareness of the importance of early childhood development, and provides them with an opportunity to connect with other parents and resources in the community.

Promotes and strengthens the family unit through education programs and family counselling services. Manages a resource library with print literature and audio visual materials for parents and children to borrow or reference online.

Promotes and strengthens the family unit through delivery of education programs to the Chinese community. Offers free six-week preventive parenting education program which helps parents understand and deal with parenting concerns in health, safety, mental development and behavioural problems of children. Serving residents of Anmore, Belcarra, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody. Funded by the Ministry of Children and Family Development and the United Way.

Offers information and personalized support to help connect older adults in the community to non-clinical, community-based services that reduce isolation, promote independence, and help to improve overall health and wellness. Program offered in person or virtually.

Community connectors help seniors with accessing services such as social and physical activities, food programs, caregiver supports, cultural programs, legal and housing services, transportation, and mental health services.

Provides specialized services and programs to help newly arrived immigrants, government-assisted refugees, refugee claimants, and permanent residents meet their initial adaptation and settlement needs in Canada.

Services include orientation, settlement education information, multilingual counselling, referral services, and links to community resources such as housing, schools, parks and recreation.

Offers a support group to help parents of teenagers increase their parenting and communication skills. The group is conducted in Cantonese. Topic areas include sex education, social and mental health development of children and youth, stress management, as well as intimacy and relationship issues for parents.

Provides information and informal group support to meet the needs of the Mandarin-speaking community. Community-based program aims to enhance the quality of family life, promote positive parent child relationships, and help women overcome social isolation by encouraging participation in the community.
