Three Corners Health Services Society

Provides prevention and control of communicable disease and environmental health issues for the community. Programs include HIV, hepatitis, and sexually transmitted infection counselling and testing, immunization clinics, and tuberculosis testing, prevention and education.

Also provides programs to reduce environmental health hazards such as water quality, food safety, mold and indoor air quality.

Offers a variety of community-based services to maintain the health and wellness of community members. The program includes immunization and vaccine services, environmental health, HIV and STI testing, tuberculosis screening, and communicable disease outbreak control.

Provides a variety of services to support First Nations Women within childbearing years in making healthier lifestyle choices and to decrease the number of alcohol and or drug exposed births. Support is also available for those with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, and their families.

The program includes lifestyle education and counselling, prenatal classes, in-home support, client assessment and case management, peer support, harm reduction services, and referrals to community services as needed.

Offers home-based services for adults with disabilities, chronic or acute illnesses, and the elderly. Services are culturally appropriate, accessible, and respond to the unique health and social need of the community.

Services include nursing assessments, treatments and procedures, home support, personal care, respite, hospital discharge planning and follow-up, health monitoring, transportation services, and access to medical supplies and equipment.

Provides prevention, intervention, and after care services to support the psychosocial and physical health of Secwepemc Communities.

Services include: intake screening and assessment; crisis intervention; palliative and grief support; advocacy; referrals to alternate services; elders support; and individual, family and group counselling.
