Umbrella Society for Addictions and Mental Health

Provides counselling to family members affected by addictions understand what addiction means, provide coping mechanisms to deal with its consequences, and help bridge the healing process. Counsellors help families with healthy skills to cope with emotions, and offer a safe and guided environment where family members can be heard and supported.

Offers a facilitated group peer support for individuals with substance use issues working in the construction, trades, forestry and transport industry from staff who understands and has lived experience.

Participants share their experiences, ways to cope, and find support to access recovery and harm reduction services.

Offers a variety of peer support and outreach services to individuals of all ages within the Greater Victoria area who are struggling with, or recovering from, substance use issues.

Support is provided in the community where clients are most comfortable such as the hospital, or at the Pandora or Rapid Access Addiction Clinic.

Offers supportive recovery homes for men and women to help with their recovery journeys and heal from the effects of alcohol and drug dependency.
