Responds to reports of abuse, neglect, or self-neglect of adults unable to seek support and assistance due to restraint, physical or mental limitation, illness, disease, injury or any other condition that affects their ability to make decisions about the abuse or neglect. IHA is a designated agency under the Adult Guardianship Legislation.
