Convalescent Care at Vancouver General Hospital - Leon Judah Blackmore Pavilion

Provides short-term care to patients who no longer need acute care in hospital, but do need more time to recover before returning home. A team of health care professionals work together to help patients increase strength and mobility so they can safely carry out activities of daily living when at home.
