Hospital at Home at UBC Hospital - Koerner Pavilion

Provides patients with hospital-level care in their home instead of going to the hospital. The care team provides services including medication management, blood draws, IV therapy and supplemental oxygen at home and brings healthcare equipment to monitor patients remotely.

The care team includes doctors, registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. Patients have access to their care team any time of the day or night and receive daily in-person home visits and virtual visits through phone or video.
