Indigenous Health at Chilliwack General Hospital

Provides health services and supports to Indigenous individuals, families and communities within the Fraser Health region. Services include primary care, mental health and substance use support, chronic disease prevention, fall and injury prevention, dental care, and health education.

Health liaisons are also available to help with navigating the health care system, and accessing culturally safe health care services in hospital and community settings.
