Kidney Post-Transplant Clinic at St. Paul's Hospital - Providence Building

Provides outpatient services and support to patients who have received a new kidney. Services are offered to patients from across BC, and may include follow-up care and education, monitoring patients by lab work, clinic visits and or telephone calls, and help with transfers to and from regional transplant clinics and other transplant centres.
