Provides a home-visiting program for first time parents focusing on promoting healthy growth and development, and building strong families. Information, education, support, and referral to other community resources are also provided.

Must be first time parents who are either pregnant or parenting an infant less than 3 months of age at program entry and living in the Kelowna area.
Application Process
Community professionals or public health nurses may refer. Self-referrals also accepted.
