Return to Health Program at 1027 Pandora Avenue, Victoria

Provides specially-trained volunteers to help frail seniors that are transitioning from, or to, the hospital. Volunteers provide social support, encouragement, and connections to community resources.

Other areas of support include rides or accompaniment to medical appointments, help with grocery shopping, running errands, and help with setting up meal services and transportation like HandyDart.
