Social Work at BC Children's Hospital

Provides support to patients who are having difficulties with managing or coping with the impact of illness. Social workers are available to all patients, as well as their families, who are hospitalized or are attending an outpatient clinic. Services include crisis intervention, counselling, advocacy, and help finding community resources.
