South Delta After-Hours Urgent and Primary Care Centre at South Delta Home Health and Public Health Clinic

Provides team-based care for non-emergency health concerns to individuals in South Delta. Offers same-day care for concerns such as minor injuries, sprains and strains, less serious child illness and injury, infections, and cuts, wounds or skin conditions.

For life-threatening illnesses or injuries call 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department to be assessed and treated immediately. Call before faxing confidential patient information.
