St. Paul's Hospital Palliative Care Unit at St. Paul's Hospital - Providence Building

Provides acute care services to people living with life-limiting illness. Care is provided to patients and families by a team of health care professionals who assist with complex pain and other symptoms, as well as nutritional, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Once symptoms are brought under control a decision is made for ongoing care such as hospice, residential care facility, or in the patient's home.
