Island Health Brain Injury Program
Provides assessment and coordination of services to community-based services to support adults with an acquired brain injury from trauma, stroke, brain tumour, or other injuries to the brain.

Services vary per location and may include rehabilitation, life-skills support, day programs, therapy, and family support.
