Community Primary Health Care

Provides community-based primary health-care services for children, youth, and families in Vancouver's inner city neighbourhoods, specifically Grandview/Woodlands, Strathcona, and Downtown Eastside.

Nurse practitioners provide children's routine health care and screening, treatment of minor illness, mental health screening, developmental assessments, and referrals to diagnostic testing and specialists as needed.
