Complex Chronic Diseases Program

Provides care for adults with complex chronic diseases including myalgic encephalomyelitis, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, chronic Lyme disease, and multiple chemical sensitivities.

Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of health care providers and may include assessments to make or confirm diagnosis, development of treatment plans, education of patients and families, occupational therapy, and supported self-management.
