Complex Chronic Diseases Program

Provides symptom-centered care to patients across BC experiencing myalgic encephalomyelitis, fibromyalgia, and symptoms attributed to Lyme disease. Program offers self-paced online education, virtual group sessions, self-management support and medication review as needed.
