Provides diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care for children and youth with possible or confirmed cystic fibrosis in cooperation with caregivers, family doctors and pediatricians. The program helps families to care for their child through education, skill development, and with transition care to help youth transfer to the adult healthcare system.
