Day Health Program

Provides a broad range of clinical, therapeutic and comfort care services to people living with HIV/AIDS, in a safe and comfortable home-like environment. Services include nursing, counselling, therapeutic leisure services, nutritional counselling, complementary therapies, specially-designed nutrient-rich meals, and basic living amenities for people who are at high risk for deteriorating health.

Application Process
Application form available at the centre. An assessment interview will be used to determine if the program meets the need of the individual; admission is prioritized based on the degree of need.

Adults aged 18 and over diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, at risk for deteriorating health, and with challenges such as multiple health issues and or physical disabilities, limited financial support, unstable housing situation, and or limited or no family or other social support.
