Indigenous Patient Navigators
Provides health services and supports to Indigenous individuals, families and communities within the Vancouver Coastal Health region. Services include primary care, traditional cultural support, mental health services, and health information.

Health liaisons are also available to help with navigating the health care system, and accessing culturally safe health care services in hospital and community settings.
