Mental Health Liaison

Provides a number of one-on-one mental health services, in the home and the community, including advocacy and referrals. Services are available to all people, in the home or community, and can also include community awareness on mental health, materials for education on mental health, and advocacy in dealing with representatives in the mental health system.
