Offers a training program to teach youth mindfulness skills to help cope with mental health issues including depressive and anxiety symptoms, chronic pain and chronic stress. Sessions are currently offered using videoconference in a safe and respectful group environment.

Physician or therapist referral accepted. See brochure for more information.
Eligibility
Age Restricted

Youth aged 15 - 19 with stable, non-acute depression and or anxiety, and or for management of stress, pain, and mood symptoms related to a chronic medical condition.
Service delivery
In Person
