Provides an outpatient methadone or suboxone treatment program in a supervised clinical setting for people who misuse opioids. Services include clinical assessment, specialized treatment planning, aftercare, and follow-up. Clients also have access to naloxone kits and residential treatment referrals.

Physician or health professional referral required. Most recent lab report must be faxed to the office. Once received, an intake appointment will be arranged with the client.
