Post-COVID-19 Interdisciplinary Clinical Care Network

Offers a province-wide virtual post-COVID recovery clinic for people with long-term health effects after COVID-19 infection. The network is a partnership between PHSA, the provincial Ministry of Health and BC's health authorities.

The clinic offers education sessions, rehabilitation support and self-recovery resources. Online self-care information and resources are also available for any resident wanting to learn more about long-COVID support and recovery.

Targeted Population Restricted

People experiencing long-term health effects that limit daily activities for at least three months following presumed or confirmed COVID-19 illness.
