Women's Transition Housing and Safe Homes

Provides an online listing of transition houses and safe homes across the province for women, with or without children, who are at risk of violence, or who have experienced violence.

Women are provided with a temporary place to stay, emotional support, safety planning, crisis intervention, and referrals to other community programs as needed.
