Canadian Deafblind Association - BC Chapter
Provides personalized support to help deafblind children and their families, with the transition into the school system. Special training can be provided for parents and other individuals involved with the child's development.

Intervenors also provide resources including lending library, teleconferences, and informational worksheets, and access to other programs as needed.

Provides the services of an intervenor that helps with the communication of information between deafblind clients, their family and the medical staff in a hospital setting.

Intervenors also provide resources for related issues or services, and are equipped with toys and games, to meet the deafblind individual's needs and ensure that his or her hospital stay is as pleasant as possible under the circumstances.

Canadian Deafblind Association - BC Chapter
Provides intervention services to deafblind children and youth while school is not in session. The program helps students practice their communication and social skills, and maintain the skills gained during the school year. The program is run during school spring, summer and winter breaks. Intervenors are hired by families and trained by a deafblind specialist hired by the association.
