Offers in-hospital support to assist Indigenous people and their families with accessing high quality, culturally safe, health care services. The patient liaison worker provides a communication linkage between patient, family, community and health care provider.
Support may include assisting with health care and discharge planning, arranging for translation services, advance care planning, hospital stay information, completing forms and referral to community health services.

Addictions Recovery Program
Carrier Sekani Family Services
Provides a holistic substance use treatment program to encourage a cultural lifestyle free from addictions. Services are provided by a multidisciplinary team of clinical counsellors and cultural knowledge holders.
The program offers residential treatment during the summer months, and educational and support outreach services during winter months.

Best Beginnings Outreach Program

Offers a range of services and activities to promote the healthy development of infants and young children. The program includes home visits, one-on-one support, group activities, breastfeeding education, and referral to other community programs as needed.
Also provides nutrition counselling, education and support to help improve the health of pregnant women, new mothers, and infants who face challenges that put their health at risk.

Provides supervised visits between parents, families and extended families who are involved with the Ministry for Children and Family Development (MCFD). Workers support families in their health and wellbeing in a holistic and respectful manner, while providing supervised access between family members.

Family Preservation

Offers early childhood development programs for families living on reserve. Support may be provided in the family's home, in the community, or at the office of a variety of other service providers.
Services include support groups, advocacy for legal or court process, life skills and parenting education, family events, support programs for school-aged children, and pre-natal to early childhood development support. The program aims to keep children and families together and increase the family's ability to safely care for and nurture their children.

Carrier Sekani Family Services
Provides in-home care and support to on-reserve Carrier Nation community members with chronic disease, or who have recently been discharged from the hospital. Support may include personal care, respite services, palliative care, chronic illness monitoring, nutrition education, and nursing services.
