Offers support for children and their families to ensure they get the best possible start in life. Support is provided through home visits, gatherings, and telephone calls and may include prenatal and newborn information, nutrition, referrals to community services, traditional parenting, and referrals to health care services such as speech therapy, dental and eye care.

Provides referral, advocacy and support to Aboriginal clients and families to help them connect to the right services to meet their health care needs. Program goal is to ensure aboriginal patients' health care experience is culturally safe and inclusive; services may include navigation at East Kootenay Regional Hospital, discharge planning, promoting access to community services, and assistance in understanding community service systems.

Offers a variety of health services and programs to meet the needs of the Ktunaxa Nation community. Services include health promotion, disease prevention, public health nursing, wellness programs, home care nursing, dietitian services, and community exercise therapy.

Provides a range of services to assist aboriginal families to develop skills and access information and community programs. Services may include parenting programs and support, family healing circles, youth mentorship, life skills coaching, developing family plans/goals, and home management.

Provides drop-in services to the homeless and at-risk individuals and families in the Cranbrook area. Services include mental health counselling and referrals, harm reduction, nurse practitioner health services, street outreach, hot nutritious meals, advocacy, and employment and justice services.
