Offers support for children and their families to ensure they get the best possible start in life. Support is provided through home visits, gatherings, and telephone calls and may include prenatal and newborn information, nutrition, referrals to community services, traditional parenting, and referrals to health care services such as speech therapy, dental and eye care.
