Youth Supported Independent Living Program at 13520 78th Avenue, Surrey

Provides life skills support and housing options to older youth with a mental illness residing in the Surrey and White Rock areas. Support workers assist with life skills development, nutritional education, personal care and community integration. Supported options include staffed homes and care providers as required.
