Provides information, assessment and follow-up care for adults who have survived childhood cancer. Appointments are offered in-person in Vancouver, by video conference and by telephone.
The clinic provides ongoing assessment of late effects as well as help with getting the latest information, with physical and emotional health, information about past cancer treatments, and family support.

Age Restricted
Adults aged 18 and over who finished treatment more than 5 years ago, and were diagnosed with cancer at age 17 or under. Must be a resident of BC.
