Holy Family Hospital Rehabilitation Program

Provides inpatient and outpatient intensive therapy to help older adults overcome obstacles caused by stroke, arthritis, orthopedic trauma, or major surgery like leg amputation or hip, ankle, or knee replacement. The program is designed to help clients fully recover or adapt to permanent impairment.
