Provides patients secure 24-hour online access to their personal health information from any computer or smartphone. Once registered, patients will have access to Island Health laboratory results, medical imaging reports, clinical documentation, and outpatient appointments. Access to COVID-19 tests results is also available.

Adults aged 19 and over. Youth aged 12 - 18 can request their own account with the support of a doctor or nurse practitioner.
