PHSA operates provincial agencies that provide care and services through specialized hospitals and centres, and as well are responsible for specialized provincial health services, which are delivered across the province in collaboration with regional health authorities.

Indigenous Youth Wellness
The Cuystwi program offers online wellness quests with themes on identity, culture, understanding colonization, tools to deal with racism, healthy relationships, and sexual health.
Also offers Ask Auntie - a girl-specific program with themes on identity, culture and connection, relationships and safety, wellness, body knowledge and body transitions, and healing.
Lifeguard App
The app is activated by the user before they take their dose. If the user doesn't hit a button after a set amount of time, a text-to-voice call will go to 9-1-1, alerting emergency medical dispatchers of a possible overdose.

Patient Care Quality Office
Provides patients, clients and residents of BC information on the process to file a concern, or offer a compliment, regarding the quality of care received.
Serves provincial agencies such as BC Cancer Agency, BC Centre for Disease Control, BC Children's Hospital, BC Women's Hospital and Health Centre, BC Emergency Health Services, and BC Mental Health and Addiction Services.
Post-COVID-19 Interdisciplinary Clinical Care Network
The clinic offers education sessions, rehabilitation support and self-recovery resources. Online self-care information and resources are also available for any resident wanting to learn more about long-COVID support and recovery.
Trans Care BC
Support areas and information includes accessing care, social transitioning, peer and community support, advocacy, mental health wellness, child and youth resources, how to get surgery, and family support.
